Utilizing the latest in technology Tella Tool & Mfg. Produces a wide variety of stamping dies from simple compound dies to elaborate progressive dies. Comprehensive CAD software such as PRO-E, AutoCAD and Stryker allows for integration between our customers and our tooling division. Our internal network and DNC capabilities allow for reduced lead times by incorporating "Direct Communications" throughout the tooling process.

Vertical integration is a key element that allows us to work from design to production for our customer. With our Laser, Machining and E.D.M technology we are able to help engineer stability in the tooling we produce while remaining flexible for future expansion. Value Added Engineering techniques are used when designing new tools to enable production product to be manufactured at optimal speeds without jeopardizing the integrity of the tooling.

Through the use of analog and digital technology we offer "In Die Inspection". Product can be inspected in the tool using a variety of in die sensors that allow for longer tool life and unsurpassed part quality.
